Can I change the items included in a package?
Contact us before reserving if you need to add, remove, or substitute equipment. We will confirm what changes are possible and provide updated pricing when necessary.
Are delivery, setup, and teardown included?
The services included with a package are listed in its description. Delivery fees or service-area charges may depend on the event location and will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Reserve as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, weddings, and larger events. Availability is not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed.
What happens if my guest count changes?
Contact us as soon as your guest count changes. Additional equipment is subject to availability, and reducing a package may be subject to the cancellation and modification terms included with your reservation.
Do you offer packages for events not shown here?
