Submitting the Booqable checkout sends your requested items and contact details for review. Equipment, dates, delivery, and final pricing are not confirmed until Big Tents Florida reviews and accepts the request.

Do I need to pay when submitting a request?
The request is reviewed before payment is arranged. If the request can be fulfilled, you will receive the next steps for approving the quote and confirming the reservation.
Can I change a package?
Submit the closest package and explain the requested changes. Substitutions and additions are subject to availability and may change the final price.
What if I do not know the quantities I need?
Start with your guest count and the closest package, or contact us directly. We can help determine appropriate tent, table, and chair quantities based on your event layout.
Are delivery and setup automatically included?
Services shown in a package description are included as stated. Other delivery, setup, access, or distance-related charges are reviewed using the event information you provide.
